How to extract current line to a string?

I tried the following, but doesn't work:

#PUT#=1#11#
#PUT#=0#12# - to extract the whole line
#READNEXTLINE#
#TAKEWORD##14#,#11#,#12#

What I am doing wrong?

Correct syntax is:

#TAKEWORD#=#14#,#11#,#12#
