The Awards field appears on the moviecard as icons, but not as text in the Grid view. The older versions of XMM used to list the main awards and number of awards in the grid view, but this was removed in the XMM 8.0 version. Based on the information in the forum, I believe this was done to allow the inclusion of a long list of awards in the moviecard. In version 8, the "Awards" field under FIELD MANAGER is empty and it seems there is no other way to view groups of movies with certain awards (e.g., Academy, Cannes, BAFTA, etc). To help identify movies with major awards, I would appreciate if "Awards" can be added to the "Available Fields" under Treeview.
