I have the same problem! No cover at all. The checkbox for use irfanview to convert is unchecked. Tries synching with many website like imdb, moviedb, ect.
For me the covers as well as the fanart (if exists) are taken. Please check if these info is checked in your script settings (Advanced Script Options) to take.

It's the default IMDB complet script, and all option are check. I tried with different script with all option and field checked, and still no cover downloaded.
