Firstly, I cannot find a way of searching the forums, so how do I do it? Secondly, IE is not my default browser and when I click the IMDB weblink in EMM8, for example, it opens IE. How do I change it so it opens Chrome instead?

You can't change the browser. Unfortunately Windows always uses IE instead of your default browser. One thing you could try is to change some registry values from IEHTML to ChromeHTML or simply copy chrome.exe to iexplore.exe. But I never have tested that.
