Make please support of the windows-1251 page code, without use #USEOLDENGINE# = TRUE

Because using #USEOLDENGINE # = TRUE not working, for example, many blocks #TAKEAKASTITLES#, #TAKEMOVIECONNECTION# et al.

But I never have used a script with the old engine. So I can't say if only the blocks are not called or if the commands itself do not work.
If it's in general then I fully agree with you!
