I have extreme movie manager database in a 8:02 there are no problems, while in the other (ironically the smallest 3100 database entries) adding a regularly a new item or an existing image I load the image giving me error.
I also tried to remove the tick with IrfanView in the options but nothing changes

I think speaking of image means the cover? Or is it the fanart?
Loading image - from the website or an already exising in your database?
What's the error message?

Sorry for answering with counter questions but keep in mind that I haven't seen what you were exactly doing when the error occured...

And what error message do you get?
Maybe the script is broken after any website change. Which script do you use on which movie(s)? Maybe I can reproduce the problem...
Do you re-import the data or is it on new entries only?

Did you already had a look if the pic is still existing in tempdir\images or if it's in the cover folder existing anyway?

Error detected on copy file - what an error message *lol*

Do you start XMM with admin rights?

Try to copy the file manually, please.
When that is functioning I would try to install the full version of XMM over your existing.

As another possibility read here: http://www.binaryworks.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14950 but that solution is only a test as I don't have checked it myself. Anyway it will not harm your database.
