Allesio, I got the same problem.I get automatic update from web and at coverting the database it gets stuck ate the very same point. In emm startup window it says 'Database backup completed', the last line in the Conversion database windows says 'CopyTable: BoxSets' and the small window underneath says 'Label1'. Task Manager shows a high CPU load for EMM (4-60) though nothing happens (I keep it like that a whole day before killing it) Please revert with an answer soon since I can not use EMM at all. Thank you
I have downloaded and installed full file for new version and recover original files for my DB. Again it realizes that database is old ans start to convert it. Now, however, it finished the conversion and says that it will be loaded into EMM BUT when you expect to have finally EMM with the DB you get again the message saying that is an old version that needs to be converted and then that, as there is already a copy of the old one (created in the conversion process)it can not be created and that EMM will try to convert the exmple DB. And here start a no end loop untill you kill the application.
