I save my movies on external Hard Drives and would like to be able to put the location for the movies (hard drive 01, 02, etc.) automatically...without having to type it in each time. My question is: Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for the help

I store mine on external drives also and assign a specific drive letter and name to each drive. So my External1 is Drive G, My External2 is Drive H, and my External3 is Drive I.
So if you look at the file location (or sort by that) you can easily see where it is. You can see that in one of the column views, but a display of that location on the HTML card might be an option?

I just want to type it in somewhere once and that shows up again and again (with no need for re-typing) until I go in and change the info again. I could do this with Movie Collectorz I just wondered if I could do it here.

I can go into Manage Lists and type in Movies 01 (the name of hard drive #1) but it only shows up in a drop down list...it isn't automatically inserted in the location section.

I have my external drives named External1 External2 External3
If you look under the details of your movie list you will see a field called media label (which it gets from the volume label of your drive).
So if you label your drives with "specific" names (like mine above) it will fill that field in for you.
Then simply add the column Media label to your grid view and your problem is solved.
