Is there a way to Lock, Password protect
Or Read-only for Visitors?

Visitors ARE read-only.

You only can restrict starting of the prog in windows itself. Write protecting is not possible.
Only way would be to make a batch that sets the protection flag of the database.

Give this a try:

XMMPW.rar

Just unpack the two files into your XMM prog's folder. Edit pw.ini; it contains only the password for being able to modify the last opened database.
But I didn't have tested it.
