jdommi, are you sure? When I open XMM I always get a simple screen - maybe because i customised my layout long ago (but newer versions don't overwrite it). Yes, stats flicker for a moment while loading, but they are immediately removed from my view.
For me always the statistics are on top. As you may have read many people wanna remove them on startup. If you have a workaround let us know apd. Maybe you can post your ini file to compare what entry has to be changed or removed. Although, I still hope Ale will put an option if stats are shown or not.
