I buy exmm to use only with kinopoisk and ask abot fix for the script from december, but no any answer. For me this program is total waste of money, because it have not support.
@pteros and Virus Sorry for this inconvenience. But mostly all scripts are by the users of XMM. So don't blame the programmer as he - like the most other people here - can't read russian beside the problem of the russian letters. For that only a russian (speaking) user can do the fixes. Beside that: I never have seen any other program that has more support and feedback than this!

Sorry, virus, I have summed up your and pteros comments in once... I didn't mind any accusation but only wanted to say that Ale and all the supporting users really do their best. And if a "part" of the whole doesn't work - anybody tries to correct it as soon as possible within their frame of possibilities and time.

You can email Ale. Have you thought about emailing Custler directly and asking for help? If you click on his name then click send email you can write to him. If you don't get a response could be he's having internet problems. We do realize your situation is frustrating. The people on here like JDommi, Prinz and Ale have been fantasic about answering my questions and helping me get up and running and understanding the program.
