Hey guys, i hope you can help me. Since one of the last 2 or 3 Updates i face the bug that information of the "Detail" tab is not stored anymore, though it is getting downloaded. All information above the FSK (or MPAA?) field gets deleted when the film gets stored. I can see the information in the correct field while the information is being fetched and with storing it is gone..
Thanks in advance, Phil |

Can you see the info in the quick edit mode or the edit window itself? If so then it is a matter of the card/javascript... |

Please try to use another moviecard. I don't think that the information is deleted... I really think that it is a matter of javascript. Only other solution could be is that you you a "malfunctioning" script that overwrites with empty data. Which script do you use? And which moviecard? Could you please make a screenshot? |

I also am experiencing this problem. Have been for several past versions. I can see the data being filled in in the "Download Details" window, but after it finishes and goes back to the "Add Movie Card" several of the fields will be empty. Most frequently for me, is the fields for Producer, writer, director, Music, and many times the actors will only get 1 or 2 instead of the whole cast. This happens with the IMDB complete, and fastest scripts as well as the DVDEmpire script. I am usung the Default Movie cards for display, though I have tried the others with the same results. Re-running the script a 2nd and sometimes 3rd time will finally get the missing data. |

That could all be a result of the webslot "inefficency". But this problem is resolved since the last version of XMM. Do you have the newest version installed? |

I am experiencing the same lack of information as MikeH. does (producer, writer, etc.).
I am also using the default Movie card, but i think with a entire new database the information gets stored again.. worked for 2 movies now with the same chain as in the "broken" database.
Would be really bad if there is no other solution than to create a new database
Regards, Phil
EDIT: I'll do some screenshots tomorrow (or to say: later this day) and upload them so you can take a look |

Really strange. I only can imagine that it is an inconsistency of the database... really no idea... Could it be that there is a blank sign of only a html code in that field (from a aformer import) and you only update non-empty fields? In one case I had after import only a blank field but with a red background in the edit window! |

Hey there, i decided to create a new database and guess what.. the bug is there again. This time it occured after i accidentally deleted all the information from a film with quick edit (quick edit form was not filled and I entered something). Every film after this one did not store any information in the "Details" tab.
