Hi all,

I am (was) running 7.1.2.3 and have not run it in a long time. I just tried it, and it won't go past the splash screen. I have emailed Alessio but thought someone around here may be able to save him the trouble if this is a known issue. I have searched the forums and found nothing.

I am currently downloading it to install a fresh copy.

Any help I can get would be great.

Thanks,
Tim

At the bottom of the spash screen there is a display in which part of starting XMM is, Loading Configuration, etc.
What's the last message you can see there?

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

So please delete or rename the config.ini and restart XMM again.
By the way did you have installed XMM in the correct folder? Under XP it's in the own files folder and for Win7 in (?).
Maybe a wrong (or moved) location could cause the problem...
