Locate the LiveUpdateTemp folder which is inside the eXtreme Movie Manager 7 folder and just double click the download that has just taken place and all should resume as normal

Re the update problem, I did what you suggested, Michael, but a dialog appeared stating:

"Update failed"
"Code 5"
Press to abort, skip, cancel

Or words to that effect

Sorry been away from the Pc all weekend, not too sure as I'm just a user. I would delete the update file in the LiveUpdateTemp folder and try downloading again. Otherwise over to the guys on this forum.

You can do so. But I would suggest to download the version from the download area.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

Definitely a bug as it should update, or even just open a splashscreen to tell you to run it from that folder.
Also we now have the Babylon toolbar etc being installed :-(

As far as I have seen the last two releases are toolbar-free again!
