To the first part: just switch your grid to Actors and have a look at the Filmography tab of this actor. The second part would implement an actor's rating and an automatic addition/checking of all movies in filmography inclusive all actors. Then you have to combine the actors per each movie with their ratings. I think that function would be too extra-vagantly to implement.
