hi Ale, i'm getting same error, http://gyazo.com/f00d1385aab48d13ddb4e7fc13cd2956
i think it's not related with DB, cuz getting same error with example DB. i tried it my 4 pc, and got same. it started with xmm8, database changed so couldn't go back to xmm7 i also have some problems with updating movie information, and opening imdb page with xmm. "command line error" 8-9 times.
i realized people getting that error are turkish users. maybe it's related with lang?
pc: win 8 32 bit turkish pc 2: win 7 64 bit turkish pc 3: win xp 32 turkish pc 4: win 7 32 bit turkish
last try with xmm 8.0.3.3

please Ale, i'm a licensed user (c_pxxxxxx@hotmail) and have been using your program for about 4 years. Don't want to lose it;)
Edit: Ale, my pc was running on win 8 turkish, now i installed english language on it, and error disappeared. now i see " checking movies to batch import" message on information line.. so that error connected with windows language..but script error on imdb page still continues. http://gyazo.com/43a9eb5d60cf43fcc0df4de8632d3b0c |

Sorry for late reply!
The Error you receive from IMDB webpage is really strange, I mean, should not be related to XMM.
If you copy the link and paste to internet explorer do you have the same error message? To copy it just go in the options and enable the Native HTML Context menu

That clip gave me an idea: the error you get seems to be related somehow to the way the external url (IMDB) gets called from within your template.
.htc files must reside within the same domain like the page it uses them or else IE will throw this access denied error (that's what I've learnt from Mr. Google ).
If you edit the template and force the links to open in a new window it may work. It's a custom HTML card, isn't it? |
