Hi
i wonder if XMM8 would support different ISO types of symbols?
i have a problem with some film titles that are in jappanese on IMDB that show differently when imported:
example the movie STEAMBOY original title is Suchîmubôi
but when imported to XMM7 it;s shown: Such#1502;mub#1508;i
the symbols î and ô are in ISO 8859-1.
thanks.

If I import the info from filmaffinity, the Spanish text imported has wrong characters; instead of ñ appears another characters , the same thing happens with accented charcacters as á, é, í, ó, ú. I guess it's the same problem mentioned by kirill2785.

I don't know if those special chars will work with XMM8 without the conversion in the scripts. So please check if these changings are simply wrong from the script or if it is no longer needed.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
