Don't like the way the scrolling bar behaves; is it on purpose ?

Can we have a regular scrolling bar that scrolls a page down/up if you click on the column, and a line down/up if you click on the arrow ?

Thanks for letting me know if it's just a problem with my version...

No, it's not a problem of you version but a limitation. i need to work on this...
